Amazing work from John, Faye & the awesome team at Selective Construction. Our renovations exceeded our expectations and completed in shorter time than advised. Every detail in their work is of the highest quality. Appreciate being updated weekly with the progress both in person and writing. We couldn't be happier with the end result and would recommend these guys 100%.

John and the Selective Construction team did a full renovation on our investment property while we were living abroad. Trust was essential, and they proved to be reliable and professional, providing transparent quotes and sticking to them. Their exceptional communication kept us informed throughout the project, and they offered valuable recommendations. They not only delivered top-quality work but also exceeded expectations by performing additional tasks like water blasting driveways and footpaths at no extra charge. Selective Construction are true legends in their field, and we're very grateful for their outstanding work and dedication.

Renovations can be daunting especially when its your first time. We looked around and had meetings with a few builders but it wasnt until we met with John who was recommended by a family member that things started to move foward. John and his team were very open and honest, they broke things down for us about the whole process and handled our Mum's reno with care and respect. He kept us updated with the progress each week and gave noticed if there were any delays. The whole job was completed way ahead of planned schedule, 2 months ahead of schedule. Very professional as the work speaks for itself. Value for money and a very high standard of work.
I highly recommend Selective Construction and will definitely use again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you 'Selective Construction team'. Namulau'ulu Family.
