What we did
- Kitchen: a waterfall-edge island in oak-look cabinetry with a marble-look top, a matching marble-look slab splashback with LED lighting, tall white storage and a linear marble-and-brass pendant light
- Two bathrooms in large-format stone-look tiles: one with a glass shower, wall-hung vanity and round backlit mirror; the other with a bath, separate glass shower, tiled niches, heated towel rail and backlit mirror
- Timber-look flooring and recessed downlights through the open-plan living areas
- White weatherboard exterior with black-framed windows and large sliding doors
- New concrete paths and timber decks with a built-in bench at the sliding doors
